  • Toro Productions will host Karaoke Night 6 to 8 p.m. Feb. 26 in the DH Sports Lounge.
  • Join Toro Productions on a ski and snowboard trip to Big Bear 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 27, leaving from CSUDH. Cost is $55 for students and $75 for guests, faculty and staff. Sign up at the Torozone.

  • LA Galaxy is offering CSUDH students, faculty, staff and alumni up to four general admission tickets for $5 each to their home opener on Friday, March 6. Purchase at StubHub Center box office between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Must show CSUDH ID to receive offer. Limited supply.

Liz Moran talks about her new position as dining supervisor in the lounges and whether she's had any rowdy faculty.

     As the new dining supervisor of 1910 Café and Lounge and DH Lounge, Liz Moran plans to combine her two passions: art and food.
     Last month, when former dining supervisor Jairo Bogarin stepped down to manage a new brewery in Carson, Moran took his place.
