     With the female student body on
campus reaching near 70 percent, it’s no surprise the Women’s Resource Center
reopened for the first time in five years.

     And to make sure it services the
women on campus well, program assistant Yvonne Vo is there to fight for
what’s right.

Toro Takeover, Bookstore Edition


ASI takes over campus bookstore and brings in music, prizes, discounts and school pride.

     Associated Students, Inc. invaded the campus bookstore 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday and brought in music, games and giveaways.

     This is the first time the bookstore at California State University Dominguez Hills has experienced a friendly takeover. By all accounts, it was largely a success as students showed up to win Toro gear and take advantage of the discounts offered by the store.
