The Bulletin is at CSUDH to seek the truth

Hello, readers!

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Julissa James, a fourth-year communications major, underground music enthusiast, truth-seeker, future journalist, lover of all things weird, and most relevantly, the new editor in chief of The Bulletin.

I am grateful to be filling this position and prepared to take on the responsibilities that come along with it. I, along with a staff of talented student reporters and editors, will work hard to inform, entertain and connect the Cal State Dominguez Hills’ community through The Bulletin.

We will be focusing on stories that directly affect students, staff, athletes and supporters of this university. This publication will continue to be CSUDH’s foremost source for information.

Readers will be made aware of need-to-know campus information by our team of reporters dedicated to covering hard-hitting news.

In-depth coverage of sports, as well as arts and entertainment on campus, will be an important part of our paper.

Compelling feature stories, and honest editorial pieces, are another facet of The Bulletin readers can look forward to.

The Bulletin is also dedicated to shedding light on student life. Students and staff will remain updated with information on clubs and organizations along with student government.

Everyone working at this publication is committed to producing quality work. Readers can expect nothing short of accuracy, truthfulness and fairness from The Bulletin.

I hope this paper will act as tool for further unification of our student body by bringing attention to the trials, tribulations and successes we share as students of this university.

– Peace and love, Julissa James
