On Feb. 14. CSUDH welcomed back the majority of students, faculty, and staff, after two years of remote learning. Despite much concern from students and faculty alike. While this milestone alone is the first step in the right direction for the Toro community, another milestone is on the horizon. In an email sent out on Feb. 21, president Parham announced face coverings will no longer be required in outdoor areas of the campus starting March 1. However, face coverings may still be worn by those who wish to take that extra precaution. As more COVID-19 positivity rates decrease, CSUDH will continue to put the safety of its students and faculty first as we progress forward for the spring semester. In the video below Mycah Serdenia, a staff reporter for the Bulletin captures the return to campus. He sits down with Brandon Shores, a student on campus, and Rosemarie Sanchez, a professor here at CSUDH, to get their perspectives on the return to in-person learning.
